By using Graha you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
Graha presents Vedic astrology, panchang and festival information as tradition, culture and reflection. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it does not predict events. Decisions you make remain your own.
Planetary positions are computed with a verified ephemeris and the Lahiri ayanamsa; festival dates are checked against published panchangs for New Delhi. Local customs, regional calendars and different ayanamsa conventions can give different dates and placements. Graha is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
Graha Premium is sold through the Apple App Store as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your device Settings. Where offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends, and any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.
You may use Graha on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies where these terms are silent.
Do not copy, reverse engineer or resell the app or its content. The Graha name, glyphs and design are ours; the bundled fonts and ephemeris library are used under their open licences, listed inside the app under Settings.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the app.
